Is Bju curriculum good?
The BJU Curriculum has excellent course content and reading material. It is provided by the BJU Press and is very comprehensive. However, nothing can be perfect.
What is the difference between ABeka and Bju?
Abeka includes religious content throughout their curriculum (videos, textbooks and workbooks). BJU Press takes it one step further and teaches all the subjects from a Christian worldview, encouraging students to hold everything they learn up to the truth of God’s Word.
Is Bob Jones curriculum accredited?
Bob Jones University is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges to award associate, baccalaureate, masters, and doctorate degrees.
Is BJU Press challenging?
Curriculum is challenging yet full of Christian viewpoints and help students think about and apply what they have learned. The tests and quizzes are very challenging at times but students are often excited to get their grades afterwards.
Is Bju online accredited?
Since Distance Learning Online is not an online school, accreditation does not apply. You may, however, join an accredited institution that uses our Distance Learning materials.
Is Bju math spiral or mastery?
While we generally use spiral learning for all courses, at BJU Press, we use both of these learning strategies in our math materials. Our approach promotes mastery as students are continually reviewing skills and uses the spiral approach to cover the same concepts in greater detail each time.
How long are Bju videos?
Grades 7–12 will spend 3 to 3 ½ hours in video lessons. Individual videos can be between 10 minutes and 1 hour long.
Is BJU math Common Core?
