Hughesdale is a great place to be if you have a family or or even if your with your partner. Its quiet, greenery and safe. I love the period homes in the area and good size back yards. Walking distance to the local shops and cafe plus the big shopping centre (chadstone) which is all walking distance.

Beautiful suburb with lots of green, parks everywhere! Beautiful cafes, convenient shops close to Murrumbeena station + they are getting rid of the delaying railway crossing. Chadstone within walking distance which is great if you need anything.

Whilst I don’t have the history of Carnegie to comment on what i can share is – it is very kid friendly, quiet, safe and also a very convenient location. With the new train line in place, the station becomes one of the best in Melbourne and the express train gets you into the city in 20mins or less.
