– We take reservations for parties of 10-50 guests, Monday -Thursday only. – We do not take reservations for Friday, Saturday and Sunday – We start taking reservations 30 days in advance – If you do not see your desired reservation date or time please call 512-858-4959 and ask to speak to a manager.

The Salt Lick was opened in Driftwood in 1967 by Thurman Roberts, Sr. and his wife Hisako T. Roberts. It quickly grew in popularity and went from being open just a few times a year to seven days a week.

Why is it called the Salt Lick?
