Is the Nintendo DSi shop still open?
Important: As of April 1, 2017, the Nintendo DSi Shop is closed for new purchases. It is no longer possible to add Nintendo DSi Points or purchase new games in the Nintendo DSi Shop. The Nintendo DSi shop is an online application on the Nintendo DSi and Nintendo DSi XL systems.

Do DSi games work on DS Lite?
Nintendo DSi is within DS family, meaning they are all compatible with each other. Since they have same port for the game cartridge, so the short answer is YES. All of them have port/slot for DS game card, so all of them can play DS game. But only NDS and NDSLite have gameboy advance (GBA) game cartridge slot.
How do I get games on my DSi 2020?
