- Bend knees and sit back and down like you’re sitting into a chair.
- Lower so your thighs are as parallel to the floor as possible, keeping knees over ankles.

After reviewing Runtastic, I would definitely recommend it to all runners regardless of their running goals. It’s a very thorough and comfortable running app that works well on both Android and iOS. My favorite part was the live voice coach who regularly updated me on the distance, calories burned, and my running pace.
