No, it is paved, and it’s called Vulture Mine Road in Wickenburg and Wickenburg Road closer to I-10. The only issue with it is that it does not have an interchange with I-10, but there are roads very near it that do.

The Box Canyon Campground is situated on the canyon rim above the Henry’s Fork of the Snake River. There are 16 single and 2 double units, each having tent and camper pads, fire rings, grills and picnic tables. Campsites near the canyon rim are shaded by lodgepole pine and Douglas-fir.

What happened to the Wickenburg gold mine?
From 1863 to 1942, the mine produced 340,000 ounces of gold and 260,000 ounces of silver and has been credited with founding the town of Wickenburg.
