I rank Brave as the worst Pixar movie I’ve ever seen. It was entirely predictable, and not very engaging. The main character just came across as annoying and whiney, and the whole movie felt like a Disney cliché. It’s not that it’s a terrible movie per se, just that it’s not really what we’ve come to expect from Pixar.

This family friendly film is full of action, excitement, adventure and a bit of magic. I think it’s best for kids 8 and up, kids 12 and older will appreciate it the most. There are plenty of laughs to be had, the men are hilarious and so exaggerated in their goofiness.
