Because there isnt a lot of story to base the episodes on. Just keep in mind non of Dragon Ball Heroes is canon all of it is filler. The people at Toei maybe trying to markit their hit arcade game, but it’s not their top priority right now. they are currently working on the next episodes of DBS.
