What is a dye absorbing sheet?
The sheet traps the dyes from the water before they deposit onto the garments, helping to keep your colours bright for longer! Extra absorbent fibres of the sheet provide maximum protection at all temperatures. For best results use Colour Catcher in every wash.
Why can’t I use Colour catchers?
What is the problem with Colour Catchers? The problem is that they are very small and thin. Anything this small and thin can easily get sucked into the gap at the back of the door seal in front of the lip of the revolving drum (see pic 1).
Can you reuse Colour catcher sheets?
Are Colour Catcher sheets re-useable? No, for maximum protection, you must use a new sheet every time and recycle the sheet once you’ve used it.
Do colour catchers actually work?
Dye catchers do absorb dye, and they don’t redeposit it onto other things. Our tester repeated this experiment with one cup of water and one gram of dye in the bowl, and got similar results. This tells us that dye catchers do absorb dye, and they don’t redeposit it onto other things.
