How do you calculate Edrs?
If your dealer participates in the Electronic DRS program, you might be able to register online. Check your Dealer Report of Sale for the letters “EDRS” to be sure. Otherwise you need to go to the Nevada DMV in person to register your vehicle. Please note that sales tax is paid directly to the dealer.
Is Nevada DMV taking walk ins?

Can you register a car without a title in Nevada?

Can you register a car with a bill of sale and no title in Nevada?
A Bill of Sale by itself is not acceptable. If the seller does not have a title, the owner of record will have to apply for a duplicate from the state where the vehicle was last titled.
