WHY TRAIN WITH US? Heart Start CPR is a professional American Heart Association Training Company since 2003. As the top CPR training company in the San Francisco bay area, we train over 6,000 students annually and offer two-year certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), First-Aid, CPR, ACLS, and PALS.

A: Yes, BLS Instructors are authorized to teach all Heartsaver-level courses, including Heartsaver First Aid, Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED and Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid CPR AED.

What happened to the HeartStart programme?
The Heartstart scheme was closed to new members at the same time. Since then many members have chosen to deliver the Call Push Rescue programmes instead of Heartstart. We therefore believe that the time is right to close the Heartstart programme, and focus on the Call Push Rescue model.
