Is IP easy or maths?
This is completely different to Maths. Having said that because IP and NEET are 2 different subjects with different outreaches, you cannot compare them. But selecting IP in a way is much easier than selecting a core subject like Mathematics for the amount of practise it needs.

IP stands for Information Practices. It touches some basic concepts of computer programming (Java or Python). It teaches you how to think in terms of computer programming. So, if anyone who has interest in studying Computer science or have plan to study it should definitely take IP as optional subject.
Is maths easy or biology?
Both are better. Actually you must must must choose both so that your opportunities become double. Especially if you are non medico than you must choose biology as biology is far easier than maths. Suppose if you are preparing for JEE then don’t focus on bio if NEET then don’t focus on maths.
