What is the scroller club?
The Scroller Club is an affiliate organization of Kappa Alpha Psi and is conceived to give intellectual play to prospects for entrance into the fraternity proper. While in the Scroller Club the pledgee must prove himself qualified for becoming a member in the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity.

To be considered for membership, a candidate must have at least a 2.5 gpa on a 4.0 scale. For consideration into Kappa Alpha Psi on the alumni level, one must possess at least a bachelor’s degree or the equivalent of such a degree from an accredited college or university.
Who is Elias Tuggle?
Tuggle became the first president of the Scroller Club and J. Maynard Dickerson (Zeta 1920) became its first secretary-treasurer. Tuggle’s pledgeship with the new Scroller Club was inter- rupted when he left school, presumably due to financial hardship.
