Is Mac OS Sierra still supported?
In keeping with Apple’s release cycle, macOS 10.12 Sierra will no longer be receiving security updates. As a result, we are phasing out software support for all computers running macOS 10.12 Sierra and will end support on December 31, 2019.
Can I update from Sierra to Catalina?
If you’re running High Sierra (10.13), Sierra (10.12), or El Capitan (10.11), upgrade to macOS Catalina from the App Store. If you’re running Lion (10.7) or Mountain Lion (10.8), you will need to upgrade to El Capitan (10.11) first.
Can I upgrade from Sierra to Mojave?
Yes you can update from Sierra. Make sure you have at least one full backup before you do the upgrade and allow at least an hour for the upgrade process. Mojave had not been out for long though, so seeing as you’ve waited this long, maybe wait a little bit longer for 10.14. 1 just to play it safe.

How do I install Mac OS on Mac?
Choose the file location where to install Mac on PC, Choose at least 20 GB of hard drive space to install Mac OS X on PC. Storage hard type is VDI with Fixed size. Then click on the create button. Wait for 5 – 10 mins till Virtual Box create a separate hard drive to install Mac OS on PC.
