Go through this list slowly.
- New archer tower to th7 max level.
- New wizard tower to th7 max level.
- New mortar to th7 max level (mortars are very high in war weight relative to their usefulness in war, so the longer you can hold this off, the better off the clan is)
- Archer Towers (5) to 10.
How long does it take to upgrade Town Hall 8?
If you are active you should be able to complete max TH8 from max TH7 in about 4-5 months, this includes lab upgrades.
