Which supermarket does Ocado deliver for?
Ocado’s products include own brand groceries from the Marks and Spencer supermarket chain as well as their own Ocado brand, but also a selection of name brand groceries and other items, including flowers, toys and magazines.

Yes, we’re two separate companies. Ocado is an online-only retailer that currently buys groceries from Waitrose & Partners and other companies, and delivers them to shoppers from its warehouses.
Do you tip your Ocado driver?
How can I tip the courier? This isn’t expected of you as it’s all part of our delivery service. If you’d still like to tip then please feel free to do so with cash.
Does Morrisons use Ocado?
Ocado has today announced a licensing partnership with supermarket chain Morrisons. This licensing agreement allows Morrisons to access Ocado’s technology, software and expertise to support the creation of its own online grocery shopping service.
How do Ocado deliver your shopping?
Our drivers will leave your shopping on your doorstep and will call you on the phone once the delivery has been made. If you live in a flat, please note that we’ll still try to deliver outside the front door of your flat, but our drivers may call you to ask if they can drop your shopping outside your building instead.
Are Ocado charging for bags?
How much you are charged will vary depending on the size of your order, but we will only charge you for the exact number of bags used – there is no fixed charge. If it takes five bags to safely pack your order you’ll be charged 50p. If it takes 6 bags, it’ll be 60p. It’s that simple.
