What chemicals are in Baquacil?
The active ingredient in Baquacil Sanitizer & Algistat is polyhexamethylene biguanide. It’s so gentle it is used in some contact lens cleaning solutions, but strong enough that it’s used in surgical equipment cleaning processes. Baquacil Sanitizer and Algistat’s chemical structure makes it extremely stable.
