Who is Joel Chin?
Joel Chin, who has been killed outside his home in Jamaica at the age of 35, was the director of A&R (artists and repertoire) for VP Records, the world’s largest independent reggae label. Chin came from a family who helped to shape Jamaican music for more than 50 years.
