This is the end of what I either know for sure, or can logically infer based on the evidence and statements by either side. We know that when the servers went dark, the Molten facebook page stated that they received a DMCA to shut down the server.

Note that Molten has a separate server that handles only the “authserver,” so it is likely that the head GM had full authserver SQL access (donation logs would likely be kept on the authserver database or at least on the same server box, since donation coins can be spent across all realms).
