Why is ZOGS called Sex Wax?
In the beginning, Zog asked friend and artist, Hank Pitcher, to design a label for the new surf wax. Not one to shy away from controversy, Hank came up with a visually intriguing logo bearing the name “Sex Wax”. Hank liked the name because it sounded phonetically cool.
How do you use Mr ZOGS Sex Wax?
One variety is melted and applied to the bottom of the snowboard, another variety is rubbed on as a cold wax. Mr. Zog’s Sex Wax is also sold to ice hockey players. The wax is applied by rubbing it on over the tape on the blade of the stick.
