What is a webinar Jam?
WebinarJam is a cloud-based solution that helps businesses create and conduct webinar sessions, which includes live streaming on Youtube and Facebook or event broadcasting via private webinar rooms.
How do I go live on webinar Jam?
When you are ready to go live, press the green button at the top and confirm Yes. WebinarJam will prepare for live streaming and go live while the button will change to red. When you are done, click it again, confirm yes, and the broadcast will end.
How do I see WebinarJam participants?
Yes, on the Analytics screen, choose your webinar and when the analytics appear there’s a button on the right to download a spreadsheet of registrants. Attendees are in the spreadsheet, there would be a column that marks out which registrants actually attended the webinar or saw the replay or both.
Is webinar Jam secure?
While there’s nothing 100% risk-free in the internet, we have implemented everything in our power to make WebinarJam and EverWebinar as secure for our users as possible and we continue adding additional measures on a regular basis.
Does webinar Jam show your face?
If an attendee has a question in the live chat, you can pull them into the live webinar, show their face and allow them to participate! Every webinar is automatically recorded and the replay can be sent to attendees.

Does WebinarJam use camera?
Personal Microphone, Camera and Screenshare Controls (Marked #3 Below, also at the top center). You’ll see Microphone and Camera under co-presenters if they have them on. The webinar Owner and Room Administrators can turn them off other co-presenters.
Can you fast forward WebinarJam?
Each link takes you to the WebinarJam replay interface, so any demonstrations of WebinarJam features can be seen. To fast forward to a timestamp for any of the questions, click on the YouTube logo in the lower right hand corner and you’ll be taken to the YouTube interface in another tab.
