Are American Truck Simulator maps real?
Real roads, fake trucks This is America; we drive on American roads here and we speak American. As it turns out, American Truck Simulator will be very true to life. The studio used Google Maps to create the world, so driving actual routes, like San Francisco to Los Angeles, is possible.

Is American truck simulator to scale?
While important locations are presented at 1:1, the rest of ATS’s world is at 1:20 scale, so every mile on screen is 20 miles in real life, and there there isn’t space to include every road and landmark.
How many levels are in ATS?

How big is the map in American Truck Simulator?
On release, the scale of the ATS map was 1:35. In version 1.5, it was changed to 1:20 (1.75x larger) to (approximately) match the scale used in Euro Truck Simulator 2.
