Are Dexter fillet knives good?
Plain and simple, this is a good knife but it’s always hard to tell if a knife is good or not until it is used for a while and you know how well it keeps it’s edge. Out of the package it is very sharp and it did well filleting the salmon I recently caught. The handle grip is good, and holds well in my slippery hands.
