Absolutely disgusted that apparently they recently changed their policy so this new action would put many showers of theirs now void of their 5 year warranty as original shower was purchased by previoua vendor and funny enough they didn’t leave the receipt. We wrote and asked of their complaints procedure and to date we have been ignored.
