Are galleries in Manchester Open?

Why is Manchester Museum closed?
Manchester Museum will later this month close its doors for over a year to facilitate the final stage of its £13.5 million redevelopment. The transformation project, named hello future, includes the addition of a two-storey extension, several new galleries, a new entrance, shop and café.
