What is USPS carrier route?
A postal carrier route is a group of mailing addresses (i.e. neighborhoods) that receive the same USPS® code to aid in mail delivery efficiency. Approximately half of these carrier routes represent actual physical geographic boundaries where mail is delivered. The other half, are dedicated to Post Office Boxes.

What happens if USPS says delivered?
Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day. Contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office, and not the USPS hotline. If the package still does not show up, please call USPS to file a claim.

What are the size requirements for an EDDM retail mailpiece?
An EDDM Retail mailpiece must be flat, weigh no more than 3.3 oz, and meet at least one of the following size requirements: 1) have a length greater than 10.5″, or 2) have a height greater than 6.125″, or 3) have a thickness greater than 0.25″. Also, the mailpiece must be between the minimum and maximum sizes noted below for each dimension.
