Does RDP support two-factor authentication?
Yes, it is possible. If you want to have two factor authentication, which is naively supported by Windows, you could chose to use smart cards or virtual smart cards. As far as I know, to get one time passwords for RDP authentication you’ll have to use third party solutions.
Can Microsoft authenticator be used for RDP?

@PoratArzouan-2702 Currently this is not possible. You cannot have multifactor via Authenticator app while Windows login. Microsoft does not provide any options like this. All MFA are targeted to Applications/resources and none of them target at Windows login via conditional access.
