Where do UNM students live?
These halls include: Alvarado, Coronado, Hokona, Laguna DeVargas and Santa Clara. All apartment-style halls are OPEN for the entirety of the winter intersession. These halls include: Lobo Rainforest, Redondo Village Apartments and Student Residence Center Apartments.
Do freshman at UNM have to live on campus?
Yes. First time, first year freshmen enrolling in the Fall are required to live in on campus housing during the Fall and Spring semesters. Students first enrolling in the Spring are required to live in on-campus housing during the Spring semester.

Does UNM require SAT essay?
No preference is given to either score type and the Writing sub-section of the SAT is not needed/considered. You may take the tests as often as you wish.
