Who delivers for NZXT?
NZXT partnered with FedEx to provide you with exceptional delivery service. At times, we will use FedEx SmartPost. FedEx carries your package all the way to the city and then USPS makes the final delivery.
Why does NZXT take so long to ship?
All Black Friday/Cyber Monday orders for custom or prebuilt gaming PCs may take up to three weeks to ship; this is due to the high volume of orders we have received during this sale.
Can I cancel my NZXT BLD order?
Yes, you can! Your order can be canceled within 2 hours during our normal business hours (8 AM-6 PM PST) from Monday to Friday. If more than 2 hours have passed and you would still like to cancel your order, we may need to deduct any applicable services that have been performed on the system.

Why did NZXT cancel my order?
