There are over 250 Collectibles inside Batman: Arkham Origins. They are: Network Relays, Enigma Datapacks/Extortion File, Anarky Tags and the Cyrus Pinky Plaques. There are some requirements before you can finish collecting all of the collectibles. The first being capturing all of the radio towers.
