How long does it take to find out if you qualify for Medi-Cal?
The process for verifying your Medi-Cal eligibility, from the time your completed application is received to when you receive your Benefits Identification Card (BIC), normally takes 45 days.
Is LabCorp covered by Medicare?
Labcorp Coverage Labcorp will bill Medicare. Medicare will determine coverage and payment. The Labcorp LabAccess Partnership program (LAP) offers a menu of routine tests at discounted prices.

Does Gold Coast health plan accept Medi-Cal 25-1 forms?
As of December 2020, Gold Coast Health Plan no longer accepts the Medi-Cal Long-Term Care (LTC) 25-1 Form for claim submissions. Long-Term Care providers need to submit their claims on the UB-04 Form.
