Due to our guest volumes, we’re not able to provide our full menu outside, including the pretzels. But the good news is that our Back Porch Bar is open every day, weather depending, and has food options Wednesday through Sunday from 1-7pm.

The recipe today remains faithful to the original with some slight tweaks along the way, but it is wonderfully complex for a relatively simple 5.6 percent ABV, brewed with 2-row pale and caramel malts and Magnum and Perle as bittering hops and Cascade (an American marvel in its own right) as the finishing hops.
What is a torpedo room?
This compartment served as both a torpedo handling area and berthing space for 15 crewmen. Some of these bunks are on sliding rails so that they can be stowed out of the way while handling torpedoes. The bunk high above the deck in the after end of the compartment is called the “penthouse”.
