Should I buy a Garrett at Pro or at Max?
If you want a mid-priced reliable machine for all terrains, knock yourself out with the AT Pro. One caveat though, it’s not suitable for wet sand and saltwater (although dry sands are fine). For salt conditions, you should go for the Garrett AT Max or dare I say the Tesoro Sand Shark.
Can I buy different search coils for my Garrett at machine?
This is the same as other coils offered as standard on Garrett AT machines and will get you started, but the time will come when you want more coil options. Good news then that you can buy different search coils when you’re ready to specialize!
