it is possible to build a magazine fed lever gun (Henry Repeating Arms makes a couple) but I’ve never seen one in 9mm. It’s an interesting idea though. Short answer, no, there aren’t any 9mm Luger lever-actions; the round isn’t well-suited to loading into tube magazines, like most lever-actions are.
