Mauville Hills. After dealing with the Ancient Pokemon in the Cave of Origin, return to the center of Mauville City. You should find Wattson looking at Square Tower. Speak with him and he’ll give you access to Mauville Hills, the second floor homes of Mauville City!
Where do you go after the 3rd gym in Alpha Sapphire?
With the third Gym Badge in hand, your next destination is Route 117 to the west. You can visit Route 118 in the east, but you won’t get very far with the river blocking your path.

Your next destination is Granite Cave, which is northwest of Dewford Town. Along the way, you will pass a couple of Fisherman in Route 106.
