AFS programs empower young people from all backgrounds with essential global skills—and the passion for making a difference. AFS Malaysia is closing its office from 13 January 2021 until further notice. However, we are still operating remotely every Monday to Thursday at 10AM until 4PM.

What is the AFA OAY program?

AFA began the OAY program in 1956 to honor the exceptional hard work and dedication of the Air Force’s enlisted force. The Airmen presented the Outstanding Airman of the Year Award display superior leadership, job performance, community involvement, and personal achievement over the preceding 12 months.
