Perianal TB is an extremely rare type of extra-pulmonary TB (0.7%)[3]; however, its prevalence might be underestimated, as it can be misidentified as Crohn’s disease or other granulomatous diseases[4]. Here, we report a rare case of perianal abscess caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB).
