What can I do if my NAB security SMS is not working?
If there is a SMS message thread on your handset and/or contact related to the NAB Security SMS I’d strongly suggest deleting them. After deleting the message thread and the contact please try completely powering off the handset and removing/reinserting the SIM. After doing this you can power it back on and test the SMS again to see if it works.
