Sandberg revealed at DC FanDome that the title is Shazam! Fury of the Gods. The film had been scheduled for release on April 1, 2022 and was supposed to start filming in Summer 2022, but was pushed back to November 4, 2022 due to COVID-19 and then eventually to 2023.
