What is the procedure of MTP?
MTP, which stands for Medical Termination of Pregnancy, is a procedure of terminating pregnancy using medicines. In the early stages of pregnancy (7-9 weeks), it can be terminated with the help of medicine, otherwise, the surgical process is needed.

Can MBBS do MTP?
An MBBS doctor can do MTP till 12 weeks of pregnancy if he/she has done house job of MTP for six months or has worked in a nursing home for about a year. The certified MBBS doctor (from health department) can perform MTP till 12 weeks while from 12-20 weeks, only MD doctors are allowed.
Can I take misoprostol orally with water?
