What quests should I do for NMZ?
The most common quests taken for melee are Mountain Daughter (MTD) or The Grand Tree (Black demon), where the five quests are as follows: Lost City, Tree Gnome Village, Vampire Slayer, Fight Arena and then either Mountain Daughter or The Grand Tree. MTD gives more experience an hour whilst Demon is better for points.
Is nightmare zone a safe death?
It is run by Dominic Onion, who is a mage from Lunar Isle. This minigame is safe, meaning you will not lose items on death; however, any items you drop manually on the ground will be lost if you die, as you will be taken away from the arena.
Is bouncer good for NMZ?
He can be fought in the Nightmare Zone after the quest is complete. Although he is a hellhound, Bouncer cannot be killed in Nightmare Zone for Slayer experience. However, players will gain slayer experience if he is killed during the quest.
How long can I AFK NMZ?
You can AFK for around 10 minutes using Prayer and Prayer bonus gear. Or, you can AFK for 20 minutes using Guthans. So, the 5 minute AFK method is with Overloads and Absorptions, requiring you to come back to the computer and re-drink your Overload and go back down to 1 Hitpoint.
Should I normal or hard NMZ?
At 60 attack, hard is better than normal for both XP and points. I tried out both a few times against each other — same settings, etc. Normal is just under 10k/h less xp an hour and about 3.5x fewer points. Always train on hard.
How long can you AFK in NMZ?
There are in fact 4 ways to AFK train at the Nightmare Zone. You can 5 minute AFK with Overloads and Absorptions. You can AFK for up to 20 minutes if you use Super Combat Potions and Absorptions.
Is NMZ safe for hardcore?
For the boss, see The Nightmare. This is a safe activity in an instanced area. however, any items you drop manually on the ground will be lost. Warning: All PvM activities are dangerous for hardcore group iron players, including Pest Control, Fight Caves, and Chambers of Xeric.
