Who owns Moogoo?
Craig Jones
MooGoo started out in CEO and founder, Craig Jones’ kitchen when he was searching for something to help his mother’s psoriasis. The only cream that had worked for her was a cream used on dairy cows. He created his own version, the ‘Udder Cream’ using natural products and it cleared up his mother’s skin condition.
What is moo goo made from?
We source that Milk Protein from dairy co-operatives that are non-GMO, but we don’t have our own cows. The only non-vegan ingredients we use is some of our products are Milk Protein, Honey and Beeswax.
Why is it called MooGoo?
We’re called MooGoo because our first cream was based on a balm used in dairy farms to help keep the cow’s udders healthy and supple. The cream was first made by our founder for his mum, who suffered from a common skin condition. So, you would have noticed an asterisk when we said Yes, Vegans can use MooGoo.
Does MooGoo have fragrance?
The scents we use are proprietary blends from the company we get them from, and we’ve had no reactions since we made the switch. Also, of course it is free from phthalates, which is the main concern in fragrances.

All MooGoo products have an expiry date noted on the label (generally on the back or at the seal), but should last 24 months if stored under 30 degrees, away from sunlight.
Does MooGoo contain dairy?
Are MooGoo products safe for me to use? Almost all of our products do not contain milk, except for our Hydrating Cleansing Bars. We do add Milk Protein to some of our moisturising creams and as it happens to be very good for maintaining skin elasticity and for protecting the hair shaft in our hair care products.
