Get rid of all of the enemies before you head back down to the start of the ramp, then make your way up the path. At the top of the ramp, you’ll find the final 8th coin and the Shine Sprite will spawn right next to you.

The Red Coins are inside the park. Go up the stairs toward the Pirate Ship Ride to find Red Coin #1. Hover over to the first ship when it is moving slowly, and stand on the deck of the ship as it swings back up to grab Red Coin #2. Jump to the second Pirate Ship, and prepare to jump into Red Coin #3 on the upswing.

There are thirty coins to be found in Pinna Park. Ten are in the beach area and the rest are in the park itself, and since the park is closed in some episodes you can’t get to them then.
