Does Bendigo Bank process on public holidays?
On our end – we process funds from Centrelink as soon as we receive them. However, we do not process payments on national public holidays – including Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.

Recurring fast payments will be processed from 6am each day. This includes weekends and public holidays.
Does public holiday affect Centrelink payments?
You can still report your income to us, even when we’re closed. However, if you do this on a public holiday we’ll pay you after the public holiday. You can view your reporting dates 12 weeks in advance online. You can do this in your Centrelink online account through myGov or the Express Plus Centrelink mobile app.
