Which body board should I buy?
Size is the most important element to consider when choosing a new bodyboard. When held out in front of you, your ideal bodyboard should reach from your knees up to your chin. Heavier riders are advised to choose a template with increased width for extra flotation and buoyancy.
How do you measure for a bodyboard?
Measure from the floor to your belly button. Typically you want the nose of the board to come to your belly button. Hold your board vertically in front of you, the bodyboard should reach from your knees up to your chin. PLEASE NOTE: Heavier riders may require a wider, thicker, or larger board.
