Is the Kel Tec RDB legal in California?

Does Kel Tec RDB take PMAGs?
During testing, we found that aluminum STANAG mags and Gen 3+ PMAGs functioned flawlessly in the RDB. The Kel Tec RDB features a 17.2-inch button-cut, 4140, nitrided steel barrel.
Why are Bullpups not used?
Limitations. When using a bullpup weapon, the user’s face is much closer to the action. This can increase noise issues and cause irritation to the shooter’s eye and nose from exhaust gas. Spent cartridge cases may be ejected directly into the face of left-handed shooters.
Are Bullpups legal in California?
Yes — While there is nothing in California law that specifically forbids a bullpup rifle configuration, there are plenty of outlandish restrictions that render most advantages of a bullpup configuration moot. The worst of these is probably the overall length requirement.
What happened to the Kel-Tec RFB?
The Kel-Tec RFB arrived under-gassed. Our first two magazines of ammo weren’t feeding as a result. Single shots would fire, but return stroke of the bolt would stop short. This alone could be solved with a forward assist if the magazine had been feeding reliably.

What do you think about Kel-Tec?
If nothing else, I generally like everything Kel-Tec produces. Kel-Tec is the most outside the box thinking company in the industry, and more importantly, their designs go bang. The strange design is very much preferable to unreliable, and Kel-Tec can never be accused of cookie cutter replica guns.
