While students at Columbia Business School, co-founders Nolan Walsh and Connor Wilson had trouble finding a pair of boots for the winter. Every pair was either too expensive, or too cheap and liable to fall apart. Additionally, pairs tended to fall into one of two camps: trendy fashion boots or heavy work boots.

It all started with a simple idea on a surf trip in Nicaragua to make the best boots possible and sell them at the best price possible. Three years later, Thursdays are being worn in all 50 states and nearly 60 countries.
