How do I check my ETAG account?
You can check your account balance online or via the Linkt app. Once you’ve logged in, your account balance is displayed at the top of the page. Log in to your account. Your account balance is available from the My account screen.

The monthly account fee is $1.25 for your first tag, $1.00 for your second tag, 75c for your third tag, and 50c for all subsequent tags. This fee is charged whether or not you use the account during the month. If you no longer need your tag, simply return it to any Service NSW Centre.

The app is available for download on Google Play and AppStore free of charge. Once the installation is complete, a device business ID is generated, which you enter in your Online Customer Account (IKK).

Your E-Toll Service will be suspended and unavailable for use until Your E-Toll Account is returned to a positive balance or You make the relevant payment to TfNSW. TfNSW may also refuse to open any additional e-toll accounts with You if Your EToll Account is not returned to – a positive balance or the relevant payment is not made.
