Alternative Apparel’s environment rating is ‘it’s a start’. It uses a medium proportion of eco-friendly materials including recycled cotton. There is no evidence it minimises textile waste when manufacturing its products.
Does alternative run small?
It does indeed run a bit small. I usually wear a medium and bought a larges based on other reviews. It does fit well.

Does Shein have good quality?
Shein can be good quality for the price but they are generally not high quality pieces. Most of what I’ve ordered is similar in quality to what you’d get at stores like Forever21. Some pieces are closer to Target or Old Navy quality.

Some say they fit small, but I buy these in my regular size (small) and they fit fine. They are a fitted shirt, so take that into consideration if that’s an issue for you. These would make great gym shirts as well because they breathe nicely!
